General information. System main elements. Technical characteristics of provision refrigerating storerooms

Each of systems (refrigerating unit for sausage and ham products storeroom – system 1, refrigerating unit for edible animal fats storeroom – system 2) consists of condensing unit Bitzer, air coolers ECO, connected together with pipelines system (the refrigerant system), control board and cooling chamber.

The choice of main equipment and parameters of refrigerating units has been made on the basis of the following conditions:

- operation mode of refrigerating units is year-round;

- outdoor air temperature is + (plus) 35 °С;

- unit operating time within 24 hours is 12 hours.

Designations given in figures:

1 – compartment for cooling chambers location;

2 – cooling chamber for sausage and ham products storing;

2.1 Control, automatic and protection elements

Control board

Refrigerating unit control board is a device that consists of start-control equipment, control and protection devices and indicating device installed in one casing.

Control board provides the safe functioning of refrigerating unit in nominal mode, refrigerating capacity regulation, protection of electric circuits and unit equipment from overload and short circuits.

Layout of control boards see figures 2.1 and 2.2.

Cooling chamber control block

It comprises the controller, the display and control keys.

Control block is intended for temperature and defrosting operation control in the compartment by means of regulating the refrigerant supply or compressor switching on/off in refrigerating unit. The current temperature in the compartment is shown on screen.
