Refrigeration units of provision storerooms for storage of sausage, ham products and edible animal fats

Section 1. Introduction
Refrigeration units, based on condensing units and direct-expansion air coolers, are used for providing and maintaining temperature and humidity conditions, for storing the products regardless of season and meteorological conditions in provision storerooms. This method is applied both in ship and stationary conditions (industry, trade organizations, trading and entertainment complexes, food service facilities, restaurants, supermarkets etc.)
This project contains the example of the use of refrigerating equipment for maintaining thermal and humidity conditions in one of the provision storerooms, especially in a storeroom for storing sausage and ham products and in a storeroom for storing edible animal fats.

Products in section for sausage, ham products and fats storage are intended for further sale, as well as for cooking in restaurants chain and cafés located on the territory of trading and entertainment complex.
Two autonomous refrigeration units are used to maintain the parameters in refrigerating provision storerooms. The unit main elements are condensing units, air coolers and control boards. Refrigerant expansion valves are used to regulate the level of filling air coolers evaporating sections with liquid refrigerant.
